Job summary

Satair is seeking a Product Manager for Standard Parts to spearhead the global product line from Copenhagen. You will direct strategic initiatives across C&E, hardware, fasteners, and consumables, coordinating with supply and service teams to optimize the end-to-end value chain.

Based in Copenhagen with regular worldwide travel, you will lead continuous improvement, gather market intelligence, and implement business processes to strengthen competitiveness and revenue growth in the Standard Parts

Qualifications

University degree in Engineering, Commercial, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years' proven experience within the aviation aftersales industry, preferably in distribution/MRO.
Strong business acumen and ownership mindset.
Willingness to travel worldwide.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end commodity product strategies, aligning business goals with evolving market demands and customer needs.
Drive cross-functional solutions and process integrations, serving as the subject matter expert to ensure product readiness and operational excellence.
Analyze performance data to drive revenue and profitability targets; champion continuous improvement and automation efforts.
Act as primary liaison between customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve critical issues and optimize the end-to-end value chain.
