Job summary

Satair is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join the Customer Resolutions Services team in Copenhagen. You will support the CRS Head with planning, research, and cross-regional coordination, while driving overall project execution and stakeholder engagement.

Based in Copenhagen, you will travel up to 20 days annually and contribute to the CRS objectives, data analytics, and O2I-related activities within a global, diverse team of over 300 colleagues spanning multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operational experience within Customer Services, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with modern communication tools.
• Aviation industry experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of CRS in daily business with planning, agenda preparation and follow-up.
• Conduct in-depth internal and external research and analysis on customer experience and efficiency.
• Global coordination of the CRS team and cross-regional alignment.
• Manage internal/external communication and enhance the visibility of the global CRS team.
• Support Order2Invoice (O2I) topics with data analytics and project management.
