Job summary

BORG Automotive A/S in Silkeborg seeks a Product Manager to shape and execute product strategy for Engine Parts. You will lead the Engine Parts Product team, including a Product Specialist, and drive lifecycle management, launches, and data-driven commercial growth across Europe.

The role emphasizes developing a strong value proposition, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering KPIs while enabling business objectives and continuous improvement in a collaborative international environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in Product Management / Business Development / Technical sales / Product Specialist.
• English fluency is mandatory.
• Danish, German, French or Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Own and develop the Product-Service System (PSS) with a clear value proposition for customers.
• Drive execution of the product strategy and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate strategy reviews with key stakeholders and departments.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to phase-out.
• Drive range extension and expand the product portfolio.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and develop new product families.
• Coordinate product launches with testing, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional alignment.
• Provide commercial support to enable growth of the product category.
• Analyze product performance across countries, customer segments, ranges, and lifecycle stages.
• Lead the Product team, organize work, set priorities and develop employees.
