Job summary

Satair A/S is seeking a USM Strategic Programs Manager to drive profitable growth and shape sustainable aviation solutions. You will lead strategic initiatives, act as the voice of the customer, and build relationships across the global Airbus network.

As a senior stakeholder, you will plan and organize with USM entities, develop objectives, and deliver profitable programs while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. Travel will be required to engage with customers globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in airline, MRO, or USM groups.
• Proven track record of customer engagement and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams and USM entities to identify and deliver profitable USM opportunities.
• Act as the Account Director and focal point for strategic initiatives across the USM program lifecycle.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and manage operations-related interactions and issue resolution.
• Bring airline and MRO maintenance thinking to support departments and ensure customer voice is heard.
• Ensure SLAs and spare part availability are aligned with supplier operations.
