Job summary

Satair, based in Copenhagen, seeks an IT Project Manager for Infrastructure & Operations to lead cross-functional IT initiatives. You will coordinate diverse stakeholders, manage budgets, and drive projects using Waterfall while collaborating with Satair, Airbus, and suppliers.

English proficiency is essential in a global environment. Responsibilities include steering technical meetings, maintaining plans and milestones, and ensuring timely delivery while balancing priorities across teams.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar IT Project/Program role.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and operations basics.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent education.
• Experience with planning tools and collaboration platforms.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to reference past work and provide good references.

Responsibilities

• Secure alignment of project objectives with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and monitor project activities from start to finish.
• Maintain baseline project plan, budget, and resources.
• Report on project status and costs to SteerCo.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies.
• Ensure governance, quality gates, and reporting standards.
