Job summary

Satair, an Airbus Services company, is seeking an HR Business Partner in Copenhagen to support regional and global teams. The role requires building credibility and influencing business decisions while partnering with leaders to drive people strategies in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will work closely with colleagues in Hamburg, Singapore and the US, applying knowledge of Danish employment law and HR processes, with a hybrid work setup offering a balance between in-person

Qualifications

• Two+ years as HR Business Partner in a complex, international organization.
• Solid hands-on experience in performance management, learning & development, and talent management.
• Strong knowledge of Danish employment law (Funktionærloven) and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Give advice and support to managers and teams on the full HR cycle – from hire to retire.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and deliver strategies during growth, navigating changes.
• Participate in global HR projects across sites and business areas.
