Job summary

Orange Cyberdefense Group is seeking a Global Presales Solution Architect to support local Sales/Presales teams in MSS opportunities, align with MSS Engine operations and product teams, and craft proposals that meet customer requirements with optimal costs and SLA readiness.

The role spans deployment to run phases, involves collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders, and requires strong English, Danish and Swedish language skills. Hybrid travel between Copenhagen and Malmö is possible.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in the security industry.
• Strong ability to articulate MSS value beyond datasheets.
• Customer-facing delivery with clear written and verbal English, Danish, Swedish.
• Experience in opportunity qualification, scope writing, costing and tender responses.
• Familiarity with MDR vendors (e.g. Microsoft, Splunk, PAN, EDR players).
• Shows confidence, tenacity, creativity and flexible thinking.
• Security industry certifications (CISSP, CISA/CISM, OSCP/OSCE, CEH, CREST) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support local Sales/Presales on complex MSS opportunities from qualification to closure.
• Design, cost and price customer solutions including deployment and run phases; coordinate internal/ external stakeholders.
• Operate globally across Europe, Americas, Asia-Pacific, Middle East & Africa and indirect channels.
• Articulate the value of our MSS portfolio to customers and counter market changes.
