Systematic is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to shape service offerings behind mission-critical C4I capabilities. You'll be a trusted advisor across our international service delivery teams, developing solutions that deliver value and commercial success.

Based in Aarhus or Copenhagen, you’ll guide design and deployment, lead service development, and collaborate with global stakeholders. Expect 10–40 days travel annually.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect within IT systems, product development and bespoke integrations.
• A relevant technical bachelor's or master's degree.
• Strong expertise in deploying large-scale, complex IT solutions, including cloud, containers and on-premises infrastructure.
• Sound understanding of microservices and enterprise architecture principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a talent for advising and influencing with impact.
• Structured, detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving in dynamic environments.
• Experience in technical or end-user training to support effective knowledge transfer.
• Advantage if familiar with military IT systems, networks or architecture frameworks (NAF, DoDAF, TOGAF).

Responsabilités

• Designing service offerings for C4I capabilities that drive customer value and operational effectiveness.
• Leading the development of our service catalogue from a technical perspective.
• Advising customers on designing and deploying our systems, and defining business and technical requirements together with them.
• Creating and maintaining roadmap items that guide the evolution and commercial success of our service offerings.
• Advising and inspiring our global constellations to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery across customer engagements.
• Help adapt military delivery models and standards, develop service descriptions and supporting materials, and contribute to pre‑ and post‑sales activities.
