Job summary

Iff is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, with a base in Brabrand, Denmark. The Order-to-Cash role supports both domestic and export markets, handling orders, inquiries, and complaints while ensuring accurate processing, timely delivery, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

The position focuses on end-to-end O2C, requires analytical thinking and a customer-centric mindset, and offers a flexible work arrangement with on‑site work in Brabrand

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and order management in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and ERP systems.
• Fluent in English and Danish; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes for domestic and export orders.
• Receive, process, and monitor customer orders for accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as primary contact for customers, handling inquiries and order updates.
• Coordinate and manage customer complaints with internal stakeholders.
• Proactively follow up on order fulfilment and delays.
