Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors and fragrances, seeks an Order-to-Cash specialist to manage domestic and export orders in an on-site Brabrand role with up to two days remote. You will own the O2C lifecycle, coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics, and ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or order management in a B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes from order entry to invoicing.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• High attention to detail in transactional work.
• Ability to collaborate across functions in a matrix organization.
• Fluency in English and Danish; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes for domestic and export orders.
• Process and monitor customer orders for accuracy and timeliness.
• Be a contact for customers; handle inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate and manage customer complaints with internal stakeholders.
• Proactively follow up on order fulfilment and delays.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, and Finance.
• Build strong relationships with customers and sales teams.
• Apply product, process, and customer knowledge to provide tailored support.
• Identify process improvements and support best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and export regulations.
