Job summary

Trackman A/S in Denmark seeks an Order to Cash Lead to shape a world-class O2C function. You will manage a team of 4–5 professionals, own invoicing, payments and collections, and drive process improvements across the full order-to-cash cycle.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will implement policies, optimize billing accuracy, and deliver insightful reports to management. Fluent English and experience in AR/O2C are essential; a tech-driven mindset is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable, O2C, or transactional finance experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end invoicing lifecycle from Closed-Won through send-out.
• Manage and resolve invoice discrepancies for timely receivables.
• Oversee payment processing across Trackman markets and AR past-due balances.
