Job summary

Trackman seeks an Order to Cash Lead to manage and optimize our global O2C cycle. You will lead a 4–5 person team handling invoicing, payments, and collections while improving processes and reporting for the leadership team.

You will report to the Head of Commercial Finance and work across geographies to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and strong customer finance journeys through automation and policy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years of AR/O2C experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end invoicing lifecycle from contract to payment.
• Lead Payments & Collections across Trackman markets.
• Manage accounts receivable and Dunning process.
• Develop and enforce O2C policies and process improvements.
• Prepare insightful management reports and ensure audit readiness.
• Guide and develop a 4–5 person team.
