Grundfos is seeking a Senior Business Process Owner – Leads to shape and scale the global Lead Excellence program from our Denmark hub. You will own the global process model, drive adoption of lead management tools, and partner with Marketing, Sales, and IS teams to optimize workflows and outcomes.

You will translate insights into scalable initiatives, lead cross-functional initiatives, and deliver data-driven reporting to accelerate pipeline growth while maintaining strong governance across

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in process excellence, sales, marketing, or related commercial area.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements within commercial functions.
• Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and lead management processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the global Lead Excellence process model across CRM, Marketing Module, Lead App, Lead Matching Tool, Marketo, and Zinfi.
• Drive adoption of lead management tools and establish global best practices for lead handling and qualification.
• Define requirements, test solutions, and support successful deployments with Product Teams.
• Design future lead processes with global stakeholders and optimize workflows.
• Deliver reporting and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate across divisions to drive process excellence.
