Grundfos GmbH seeks a Senior Operations & Communication Partner to join our GEHS function. You will coordinate leadership governance, drive impactful communications, and enable smooth operations across a global organization.

You will align leaders on strategic priorities and highlight GEHS contribution to Grundfos' success. You will work with a global team to enhance transparency, collaboration, and effectiveness, supporting leaders and governance processes while planning events and managing

Qualifications

• Degree in corporate/strategic communications or related field.
• Experience in communications, business operations, or strategy execution.
• Excellent written and verbal English with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate GEHS leadership team meetings and governance cycles.
• Own GEHS communications including plans, announcements, and materials.
• Plan and deliver leadership offsites, town halls, and events.
• Ensure consistent GEHS branding and storytelling across channels.
• Manage operational processes, tools, and ways of working.
