Job summary

DSV is seeking a Head of Customer Implementation to lead an international team across Europe, delivering complex customer implementations and technical integrations for global supply chains. You will bridge business needs with technology priorities and oversee end-to-end delivery from design to go-live.

You will shape customer experience and operational excellence while coordinating across Operations, Commercial, and Global IT.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading and developing geographically dispersed teams.
Strong project or programme management within customer implementations, IT integration, and deployment.
Experience working with customer-facing applications and application support.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop an international team across Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland.
Own end-to-end customer implementations from design to go-live and handover to operations.
Lead complex implementation projects ensuring timely delivery and outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
Bridge between business and Global IT, translating needs into technology priorities and solutions.
Oversee application support and escalations to minimise operational impact.
Drive IT demand management for a dedicated control tower platform with Global IT.
