Responsibilities

• Coordinate early stages of several initiatives in parallel by gathering input from Finance, Technology and other functions.
• Identify required input and clarify scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions during assessment and mobilisation.
• Prepare the initial project setup with a high-level timeline, resource needs and affected processes.
• Consolidate input into one coherent mobilisation package and maintain momentum post-approval until a Project Manager is appointed.
• Act as the temporary coordination point to ensure a solid foundation for delivery.
