Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Head of Data & Systems Maintenance to lead the team responsible for the Master Data Management landscape, owning SAP MDG and related platforms. You will define priorities, governance and roadmaps, drive data quality and innovation, and partner with IT to deliver scalable, reliable systems across a global organisation.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent stakeholder management, with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with SAP Master Data Governance in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality management and enterprise data landscapes.
• Proven leadership experience within systems, data or technology-focused teams.
• Experience partnering with IT to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Understanding of system integrations, releases, change management and service operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the MDM systems landscape and set governance, priorities and roadmap for SAP MDG.
• Lead SAP MDG excellence with scalable data models, workflows, integrations and data distribution.
• Partner with IT on architecture, delivery, releases, service performance and continuous improvement.
• Drive innovation and data quality, embedding governance, automation and standardisation.
• Prioritise business demands and system changes balancing value, risk and capacity.
• Lead and develop a team of experts and build a high-performing culture.
• Ensure strong governance and transparency through reporting, risk management and continuous improvement.
