Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics seeks a VP – Global Head of STAR Business Implementation to lead the Road Business Implementation of the STAR platform across multiple countries and regions. You will drive large-scale transformations, ensure alignment between business needs and execution, and coordinate with IT, product teams and stakeholders to secure adoption.

The role requires global program leadership, deep freight forwarding knowledge, and the ability to manage risk and lead

Qualifications

Experience leading global or multi-country transformation and implementation programmes.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations and commercial processes.
Skilled in stakeholder management, planning, and risk management in complex organizations.
Strong leadership capabilities and experience developing international teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to remain structured and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale implementations across countries and regions while ensuring alignment between business needs and operational execution.
Drive implementation planning, testing, training, go-live activities, and post-go-live support across the organization.
Work closely with Road IT, product teams, and business stakeholders to secure smooth implementation and adoption.
Manage implementation risks, stakeholder communication, and progress across multiple transformation tracks.
Lead and develop the global teams within Business Transformation, Business Support, and STAR Centre of Excellence.
