• Proven experience leading geographically dispersed teams across cultures.
• Strong project or programme management experience within customer implementations, IT integration, and application deployment.
• Solid understanding of IT integration and application architectures.
• Experience working with customer‑facing applications and application support.
• Ability to bridge business requirements, operational processes, and technology solutions.
• Confidence engaging with senior customers, management teams, and stakeholders in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an international team across Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Own end-to-end customer implementations, from solution design and project staffing to integration, go-live, and handover to operations.
• Lead complex implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
• Act as the bridge between business and Global IT, translating customer and operational needs into technology priorities and solutions.
• Oversee application support and technical escalations, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and operational impact is minimised.
• Drive IT demand management for a dedicated control tower platform, evaluating, prioritising, and governing application enhancements in close collaboration with Global IT.
• Support the evolution of DSV's control tower capabilities, contributing implementation expertise to future platform development and global rollouts.
