Job summary

DSV Road GmbH seeks Head of Customer Implementation, European Control Tower to lead an international team delivering customer implementations and technical integrations across Europe. You will drive end-to-end delivery, staffing, and go-live while collaborating with Global IT and operations.

You will guide complex projects, translate customer needs into technology priorities, and foster operational excellence across the control tower platform. English fluency required; German an advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading geographically dispersed teams across cultures.
• Strong project/program management experience within customer implementations, IT integration, and application deployment.
• Solid understanding of IT integration and application architectures.
• Experience working with customer-facing applications and application support.
• Ability to bridge business requirements, operational processes, and technology solutions.
• Confidence engaging with senior customers and stakeholders in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an international team across Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland.
• Own end-to-end customer implementations, from design to go-live and handover to operations.
• Lead complex implementation projects ensuring timely delivery and outcomes.
• Bridge business requirements with technology priorities for Global IT.
• Oversee application support and escalate issues as needed.
• Drive IT demand management for the control tower platform with Global IT.
• Support evolution of control tower capabilities and future platform rollouts.
