Lead complex customer implementations that keep global supply chains moving

As Head of Customer Implementation, you will lead an international team delivering customer implementations, supply chain changes, and technical integrations for some of DSV’s most demanding customers. Working across customers, Operations, Commercial, and Global IT, you will turn complex requirements into successful implementations and scalable solutions.

About The Role

The European Control Tower manages some of DSV Road’s largest and most complex customers, supporting national, European, and global supply chains. Reporting to the Senior Director, European Control Tower, you will lead an international and diverse team of six dedicated specialists located across Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland.

The Customer Implementation team is responsible for implementing new customers, managing major supply chain changes, and supporting critical customer applications.

Our customers are managed through a dedicated control tower platform covering customer service, advanced order management, invoicing, service partner settlement, cross-dock operations, and end-to-end visibility across Road, Air & Sea and Contract Logistics. Elements of this control tower system will become core elements of a new control tower platform currently being implemented.

The team plays a key role in implementing these elements across more customer verticals and in supporting a global roll‑out.

You and your team will work across DSV Commercial, Operations, Contract Management, and Global IT, while engaging directly with customers during solution design, technical integration, implementation, and go‑live. The team will also contribute to the implementation and global rollout of new control tower platform capabilities.

Experience communicating professionally in German would be an advantage. A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree may support your background, but equivalent professional experience is equally valuable.
