Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Head of Customer Implementation to lead an international team delivering customer implementations, supply chain changes, and technical integrations for some of DSV’s most demanding customers. You will shape solutions that keep global supply chains moving.

You will lead an international team across Germany, the Netherlands and Poland, coordinate with Operations, Commercial and Global IT, and translate complex requirements into scalable control

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading geographically dispersed teams across cultures.
• Strong project or programme management experience within customer implementations, IT integration, and application deployment.
• Solid understanding of IT integration and application architectures.
• Experience working with customer-facing applications and application support.
• Ability to bridge business requirements, operational processes, and technology solutions.
• Confidence engaging with senior customers, management teams, and stakeholders in an international environment.
• Ability to prioritise competing demands, manage escalations, and maintain momentum in high-pressure situations.
• Background in transport, logistics, supply chain, or another complex operational environment.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an international team across Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance
• Own end-to-end customer implementations, from solution design and project staffing to integration, go-live, and handover to operations
• Lead complex implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes for customers and stakeholders
• Act as the bridge between business and Global IT, translating customer and operational needs into technology priorities and solutions
• Oversee application support and technical escalations, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and operational impact is minimised
• Drive IT demand management for a dedicated control tower platform, evaluating, prioritising, and governing application enhancements in close collaboration with Global IT
• Support the evolution of DSV's control tower capabilities, contributing implementation expertise to future platform development and global rollouts
