Job summary

Brilliant Computers in Copenhagen, Denmark is seeking an IT Support Technician to install, troubleshoot and maintain desktops, printers, laptops and peripherals. You will perform hands-on site support and remote assistance, with basic administration of Windows and macOS systems.

Applicants should have knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and RDP, and be comfortable with supporting a range of devices and remote tools. Danish language proficiency will be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communications with clients and management.
• Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time.
• Bilingual (English & Local B2)

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot desktops, printers, laptops, and peripherals.
• Perform smart hands activities at sites and from Remote Team.
• Administer Windows OS and macOS at basic level.
• Configure TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and RDP.
• Provide smart hands support for networking hardware (monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, routers, switches).
• Assist with issues using ticketing tools and remote connections.
