Job summary

B COOL A/S is seeking a proactive sales professional to grow our global business in sustainable refrigeration and HVAC for the maritime sector. You will identify opportunities, pursue new customers, manage key accounts onboard vessels and at offices, and travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in engineering or related field, or a commercial degree with strong technical sales experience.
• Solid experience with HVAC-R projects, preferably in sales or account management.
• Ability to translate complex refrigeration applications into commercial solutions.
• Experience in an international environment and travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer accounts.
• Sell technical services and solutions in close dialogue with customers.
• Manage quotations from initial contact through follow-up and closing.
• Drive profitable projects and contribute to business growth.
• Provide market insights and identify customer needs.
• Keep customer activities updated in our ERP/CRM systems.
• Contribute to sales planning, forecasting, and commercial development.
