Johnson Controls Global Marine Service Denmark is seeking a commercially minded Service Sales Manager – Offshore Service Sales to join the team in Aarhus. You will own offshore service sales growth across a global customer base, acting as a trusted partner to marine operators and offshore customers, driving service growth with HVAC/R solutions.

You will collaborate with technical, operational and commercial teams, manage your customer portfolio and sales pipeline, and travel to client sites as

Competenze

Customer driven adaptable Sales representative with high degree of communication skills.
Experience in sales tools and CRM systems.
Knowledge and/or experience within the marine segment, HVAC/R.
Technical flair and interest for industrial- or marine refrigeration and curiosity allowing you to operate, understand and advise customers with complex solutions.
Fluency in English & Danish – written and verbal.

Ownership of developing and growing Offshore Service Sales across a global customer portfolio.
Identify business opportunities, build long‑term customer relationships, and drive service growth.
Create innovative, competitive, high quality and timely estimates and proposals.
