Copenhagen Group A/S in Copenhagen is seeking an experienced HR Manager to take overall responsibility for HR activities within an international project organisation.

You will manage HR operations, employee development and people management across the group, ensuring compliant processes and data-driven decisions.

The role requires Danish and English fluency, a solid HR background, and the ability to drive organisational development while maintaining confidential records.

Formación

• Proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of Danish employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, HR systems and employee development.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Educational background in HR or business administration.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop HR activities across Copenhagen Group.
• Oversee personnel administration and the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and systems.
• Work with management on employee relations, organisational development, employee engagement, training and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, maintain accurate employee records and provide HR data and guidance.
• Promote a positive working environment and take ownership of HR processes.
