Job description

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our organization. Your main objective will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and according to specifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals and deliverables. This position is based in Herning, Denmark.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
• Communicate project status updates to key stakeholders regularly
• Manage project budget and resources effectively
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables according to specificationsFacilitate team meetings and lead discussions to resolve any roadblocks or challenges
• Maintain documentation for all project activities and decisions
• Continuously assess and improve project processes for greater efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in project management role
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies Agile/Waterfall
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
