Job summary

BEUMER Group in Aarhus is looking for a Hotline Engineer in our Customer Diagnostics Center. You will join a team of experts delivering round-the-clock technical support to our global customers and undergo extensive training during the first years.

Responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting, training customers, monitoring performance, and producing hotline reports. Fluency in English is essential, Danish is a plus, and willingness to travel as part of your development.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical engineering or marine engineering or similar.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Technical support for our international customers, including training and counselling
• Help customers correct errors and/or implement updates on-site
• Contribute to the further development of performance monitoring and data analysis to prevent errors
• Take care of Hotline-case reporting
