Job summary

Gram Equipment A/S seeks an experienced Service Supervisor to serve as the key operational representative at customer sites, coordinating installation, commissioning and on-site service activities worldwide.

You will lead technicians and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and maintain clear site reporting while supporting training of customer operators and maintenance teams. This is a highly international role requiring travel.

The role

As a Service Supervisor, you will be Gram Equipment’s key operational representative at customer sites. You will supervise and coordinate installation, commissioning, warranty, overhaul and service activities and help ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently and according to agreed quality, technical requirements and schedules.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising installation, commissioning and service activities at customer sites
• Leading and coordinating technicians, subcontractors and customer resources on-site
• Planning daily activities and following up on progress, quality and safety
• Supporting testing, troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
• Coordinating closely with customers, Project Management, Engineering and Service
• Ensuring accurate site reporting, documentation and handover
• Training customer operators and maintenance teams where relevant

Who are we looking for?

Your exact background may vary. You could come from installation, commissioning, industrial service, mechanical or electrical engineering, automation, marine engineering or another hands-on technical environment.

• Have at least +3 years of experiences in similar roles

Experience from industrial machinery, production equipment, food processing or similar industries is an advantage.

A truly international role

This is a highly mobile position, primarily based at customer sites worldwide. Extensive international travel is therefore an essential part of the role and can typically amount to up to approximately 200 travel days per year, depending on assignments and activity levels.

Assignments range from shorter service visits to extended installation and commissioning projects.
