Qualifications

2-3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer.
Min 2 years of experience in calibration, repair, validation, qualification for equipment (Medical device / Pharma).
Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Installation, removal, and relocation of technical equipment at customer sites.
Verify equipment compliance with required specifications and standards.
Conduct on-site repairs to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively.
Investigate technical problems reported by customers through remote channels.
Identify underlying causes of technical issues through analysis and diagnostics.
Guide customers through problem-solving steps and provide remote assistance.
Prioritize and schedule field service activities based on urgency.
Plan and execute on-site corrective maintenance and updates.
Perform scheduled on-site interventions to maintain equipment.
