Job summary

GSFleet is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. This expert-level role focuses on expert technical support and customer service for internal and external stakeholders, and on validating new product releases to ensure readiness for customers.

You will work with FrontOffice, BackOffice and cross-functional teams, learning our customers and processes, handling tickets, configuring and shipping units, and contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service/support or systems engineering.
• Fluent in Danish and English in work.
• Strong troubleshooting of complex systems and integrations.
• Experience writing technical documentation or training materials.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated technical cases and perform root-cause analysis.
• Test new releases and provide structured feedback to product and development teams.
• Prepare FrontOffice teams for new products and features.
• Create and improve documentation, troubleshooting guides, training, and onboarding materials.
• Spot recurring issues and drive improvements to products, processes, and customer experience.
