Job summary

DIS/CREADIS Engineering Solutions & Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager to open new doors, develop relationships and reconnect with former clients. You will own the sales process from initial contact through proposal, negotiation and close while collaborating with line managers and technical specialists.

In this role you will build a strong pipeline, engage Danish manufacturing decision-makers, and shape complete project solutions.

Qualifications

• At least three years of B2B sales or business development experience within engineering services or similar.
• Established Danish manufacturing/production/engineering network.
• Proven success in winning new business and growing accounts.
• Experience managing consultant sales and complex projects with long cycles.
• Solid understanding of production/manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Strong commercial judgement and pipeline qualification.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering or related field.
• Professional fluency in English; Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across new, existing and former clients.
• Start meaningful conversations with decision makers in manufacturing and develop trusted relationships.
• Own the sales process from initial contact through proposal, negotiation and close.
• Understand clients’ production environments and shape compelling solutions with technical specialists.
• Support smooth transition into delivery, maintain client dialogue and identify further opportunities.
• Contribute market insight to department development and maintain forecasts and data.
