Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex projects (construction, technical or infrastructure).
• Understanding of project execution, QA, change management and compliance.
• Proficient in planning tools and managing dependencies.
• Experience with procurement and subcontracting is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management across interfaces.
• Experience with Building Management Systems or similar is a plus.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of large-scale projects, from planning to commissioning.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
• Take ownership of project planning, execution, and financial performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
• Oversee procurement and subcontracting processes.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear and structured reporting on project status and performance.
• Actively participate in tendering and pre-sales activities.
