Job summary

DEIF A/S is seeking a proactive Project Manager in Product Development to drive development projects from idea to implementation. You will coordinate software, hardware, mechanical, and test teams, creating momentum and ensuring milestones are met with a go-do mindset.

You will manage diverse programs, from smaller specialist initiatives to larger cross-functional development efforts, ensuring alignment and on-time delivery with transparent status reporting.

• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and follow-up activities
• Drive project execution and ensure tasks, actions, and deliverables are completed on time
• Coordinate activities across software, hardware, mechanical, and test teams
• Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and ensure clear communication among stakeholders
• Identify challenges, dependencies, and risks, and proactively drive mitigation actions
• Support resource planning and help ensure effective prioritization across project activities
• Provide transparency through status reporting, project dashboards, and regular follow-up
