Job summary

VELUX Group seeks a Global CRM Program Lead to drive the CRM transformation from strategy through adoption, bridging business needs with technology and coordinating across markets to deliver superior customer experiences.

You will report to the VP Sales & Strategic Pricing with a dotted line to the VP IT & Digital Excellence, leading governance, budgets, and partnerships while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance and IT.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale CRM or enterprise transformation programs in global organisations.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and markets.
• Understanding of commercial processes in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service; ability to enable business value.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and business case development.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to engage with senior leaders.
• Program or project management certifications (PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall CRM programme strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery approach.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and value realisation across markets.
• Lead executive stakeholder management, steering committees, and programme decisions.
• Manage programme scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation.
• Oversee implementation partners and ensure high-quality delivery of CRM solutions, integrations, and data migration.
• Drive global rollout planning, market readiness, adoption, and change management.
• Build strong collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and IT.
