Job summary

VELUX Group is seeking a Global CRM Program Lead to drive a transformative CRM initiative from strategy to delivery and business adoption. You will bridge commercial ambitions with technology delivery, aligning markets and creating lasting value across the organisation.

You will lead executives, stakeholders, and partners, shape governance, manage budgets and risks, and ensure successful CRM implementation with data migration and change management across global markets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale CRM or enterprise transformation programmes in global organisations.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, markets and partners.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing and customer service processes and how technology enables business value.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Ability to manage budgets and build business cases.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall CRM programme strategy, roadmap, governance and delivery approach.
• Align business objectives with technology solutions and value realisation across markets.
• Lead executive stakeholder management, steering committees and decision-making.
• Manage scope, budget, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation.
• Oversee implementation partners and high-quality CRM delivery, integrations and data migration.
• Drive global rollout planning, market readiness, adoption and change management.
• Build strong collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance and IT.
