Qualifications

• Analytical and structured professional with experience shaping strategy.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive governance and execution in large programmes.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Govern the governance cycle and prepare materials for Steering Committee, Executive Group Management and Board meetings.
• Prepare agendas, pre-reads, decision materials, logs and follow-up actions.
• Develop clear, compelling, and decision-oriented materials for senior leadership.
• Consolidate input from multiple functions and translate into fact-based recommendations.
• Maintain the integrated programme plan with key deliverables and dependencies.
• Ensure follow-up on executive decisions, conditions and actions.
• Support reporting of programme status, risks, issues and required decisions.
• Collaborate with Group Finance on business case, financial assumptions and steering.
• Maintain transparency around risks, issues and actions; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Sales & Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Strategy & Execution.
• Support continuous development and professionalisation of programme management and governance practices within Products & Innovation.
