Job summary

VELUX Group is seeking a Global CRM Programme Lead to shape the future of customer engagement across our organisation. You will own the transformation from strategy to implementation, working with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and IT to deliver a unified CRM platform that drives value and stronger performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale CRM or enterprise transformation programmes.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional initiatives with multiple markets and partners.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service processes.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Programme/project management certifications (PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive CRM programme strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery.
• Lead executive stakeholder management and steering committees.
• Oversee scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation.
• Coordinate implementation partners and data migration activities.
• Drive global rollout, market readiness, adoption and change management.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and IT.
