VELUX Group in Denmark is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to translate global and regional priorities into tangible results across the South-West Region: Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.

You will bridge global and market perspectives, deploy initiatives, lead regional projects, and drive adoption while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a business school or university in a relevant subject.
• 3–5 years' experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in international or matrix organizations.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, facilitation, and change-management capabilities.
• Ability to create clarity from ambiguity and bring structure to complex initiatives.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; another regional language is a plus.
• Willing to travel within the region.

Responsabilités

• Bridge global, regional, and market perspectives and align priorities.
• Develop deployment approaches and anchor initiatives across markets.
• Lead selected cross-market projects from initiation to follow-up.
• Define scope, milestones, governance, and success criteria.
• Monitor progress, risks, and adoption, escalating issues as needed.
• Capture lessons learned and share practices across markets.
