Job summary

VELUX Group is seeking a Strategy Manager to independently lead high‑impact strategic projects at a global market leader. You will work with senior executives to move complex questions from problem definition to recommendations.

Based in Hørsholm, you will structure analyses, prepare clear presentations for leadership, and drive initiatives across functions. A strong academic degree and 2–5 years from a leading strategy consulting firm or similar role are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience from a leading strategy consulting firm or similar strategic role within a larger international organization.
• Strong academic degree with an excellent academic track record.
• Proven toolbox: structured problem solving, stakeholder management, storylining, and strategic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with stakeholders from different business areas to solve challenges across the value chain.
• Structure and solve complex business problems through hypothesis-driven analyses and fact-based recommendations.
• Facilitate strategic decision-making processes and translate insights into actions for leaders.
• Develop and prepare clear and compelling presentations, recommendations, and decision materials for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions, business units, and geographies; translate priorities into actionable initiatives.
