LEO Pharma is seeking a data migration expert to bridge business requirements with technical delivery for a global CRM data migration. The role collaborates with markets, Global IT, vendors, and partners to ensure data is mapped, cleansed, and ready for go-live across 30+ markets.

The position focuses on establishing data quality standards, governing HCP/O data, and ensuring continuity across affiliates while aligning with global reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in business data migration.
• CRM data models such as Veeva CRM or Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Experience coordinating multi-market or global data migrations.
• Familiarity with pharma data governance, including HCP/O data and promotional data considerations.
• Experience defining data quality KPIs and working with IT, business and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Execute business-side data mapping, cleansing rules, deduplication logic, and migration specifications.
• Lead affiliate and market readiness activities including validation workshops and UAT cycles.
• Own the business readiness gate for data cutover and ensure data quality before go-live wave.
• Define and track data quality KPIs and manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate with affiliates to map providers to the new data model and ensure downstream systems continuity.
• Support transition to globally standardised reporting and coordinate with Global IT.
