Job summary

LEO Pharma seeks a data migration lead to own the business side of a global CRM data migration, ensuring data quality and readiness for 30+ markets. Based in Ballerup, this 18-month assignment collaborates with Global IT, markets, and vendors to translate business rules into executable migration specs.

You will drive data mapping, validation, readiness gates, and coordinate multi-market activities, ensuring continuity through documentation and knowledge transfer in a regulated pharma setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with business data migration in pharma or regulated environments.
• Experience with CRM data models such as Veeva CRM or Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-market migrations with local affiliates.
• Knowledge of data governance, HCP/O data, consent management.
• Experience defining data quality KPIs and managing RAID logs.

Responsibilities

• Map, cleanse, deduplicate, and specify migration rules.
• Lead affiliate readiness, UAT, and local data sign-off.
• Own data cutover readiness gate and ensure data quality.
• Define data quality KPIs and manage risks.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and markets on master data decisions.
