Job description

Turn complex data into clear commercial direction and help shape the future of Critical Care at LEO Pharma.

At LEO Pharma, we are uniquely positioned to make a significant difference for patients. With decades of experience in Critical Care, we focus on high-risk patient groups and support healthcare systems with high-quality medicines, empowering healthcare professionals with expert treatments. You will join a dynamic commercial environment where insights, analytics and business partnership come together to inform the decisions that matter most.

Your role

You will work at the heart of the business, translating robust analytics into actionable insights that guide commercial decisions and strategic priorities. Reporting into the global commercial organisation, you will partner closely with business management, global colleagues and selected affiliate teams to identify critical business needs and turn data into clarity. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your work will influence brand strategy, sales force effectiveness and performance optimization across Critical Care with a key focus on:

  • Deliver clear business insights, reporting and analysis to support business decisions and planning.
  • Drive Sales Force Effectiveness analytics, including activity planning, incentives, territory design, segmentation and targeting.
  • Lead and support forecasting, scenario planning, KPI tracking and business review preparations.
  • Manage and improve BI systems, PowerBI dashboards and data governance as a super user and center of excellence.
  • Lead primary market research and omnichannel KPI analytics to strengthen commercial decision-making.
  • Beyond reporting, you will act as an internal consultant — building business cases, identifying trends, preparing strategic recommendations and helping the organization use AI tools to elevate Commercial Excellence.

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you bring good business insight, pharmaceutical industry experience, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable way, and processing following background:

  • A degree in business, science or a relevant Business Insights qualification.
  • 3+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry or agency-side experience with in-market data, SFE, market research, forecasting and KPI tracking.
  • Extensive experience with PowerBI, BI solutions, Excel, PowerPoint, data warehousing and CRM systems such as Veeva.
  • Experience with national and subnational sales data, omnichannel analytics and automated BI/data management systems.
  • Hands‑on practical experience and interest in using AI-enabled tools, such as enterprise AI platforms, Microsoft Copilot, or similar solutions, with the ability to identify relevant use cases and turn them into simple, scalable business AI agents or applications.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision in a fast-paced environment.

As a person, you are curious, collaborative, commercially minded and digitally forward-looking. You enjoy solving problems with data, experimenting with new AI-enabled tools, communicating insights with impact, and working across stakeholders to turn recommendations into action.

Your new team

You will join the Critical Care Business Unit, working closely with global and selected affiliate Commercial Excellence teams. Your key collaborators will include Marketing, Medical, Business Unit Directors, Area Sales Managers, KAMs and colleagues across the global business unit. You will also engage with external data suppliers and market research partners.
