Field of work: Sales, Marketing & Market Access

Posting Date: 1 Oct 2026

Application deadline:October 18th, 2026
Location:Ballerup2750,Denmark,Denmark
Contract type:Temporary
Job ID:4870

Own the business side of a global CRM data migration — ensuring data is commercially sound, market-ready, and trusted by users across 30+ markets.

At LEO Pharma, we are global leaders in medical dermatology, driven by a collaborative culture and a clear ambition to advance care for people living with skin conditions. In Global Customer Engagement Platforms & Excellence, we are implementing a new global Customer Engagement Platform — and data will be the foundation for whether markets can adopt, trust, and succeed with it.

This is an 18-month temporary role based in Ballerup, Denmark, tied to the platform implementation, with potential future opportunities depending on business needs.

Your Role

You will be the bridge between what the business needs from its data and what the technical teams deliver — working across all capability domains in the implementation. Working within globally defined data standards and in close partnership with markets, Global IT, vendors, and implementation partners, you will ensure that business intent is embedded in every migration decision.

You will onboard into the existing data landscape and provider relationships from the permanent team, and ensure continuity through structured documentation and knowledge transfer throughout the engagement.

You will:

  • Execute business-side data mapping, cleansing rules, deduplication logic, and migration specifications — translating approved global standards into executable migration rules.

  • Lead affiliate and market readiness activities, including validation workshops, UAT cycles, and local data sign-off.

  • Own the business readiness gate for data cutover — confirming that migrated data meets business quality standards before each wave go-live.

  • Define and track data quality KPIs, manage data-related risks and issues, and support hyper-care after each wave.

  • Coordinate HCP/O data provider alignment across regions — ensuring providers are mapped to the new platform data model and downstream systems maintain business continuity.

  • Coordinate with local affiliates to identify commercial reporting needs impacted by migration, and support the transition to globally standardised reporting. Local reports built outside global standards are not in scope for remediation.

  • Act as the business counterpart to the external implementation partner for master data decisions — you define the business rules, they configure the platform.

You will also ensure that downstream platforms, critical reports, and local market needs are considered throughout the migration — so that data is not only moved, but made meaningful, usable, and ready for business adoption.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine you bring hands‑on experience in business data migration, ideally from pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another regulated commercial environment. You understand both the detail of data quality and the business impact when data is incomplete, duplicated, or misaligned.

We are especially looking for:

  • Relevant experience in business data migration, commercial data management, or CRM data roles.

  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platform data models such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, or equivalent.

  • Experience coordinating multi‑market or global data migrations with local affiliate involvement.

  • Familiarity with pharma data governance, including HCP/O data, consent management, and promotional data considerations.

  • Experience defining data quality KPIs, managing RAID logs, and working across IT, business, and vendor teams.

Experience with ETL processes, migration tooling, downstream system integration, data quality frameworks, or Agile delivery will

be an advantage.

As a Person

You are detail‑oriented but not detail‑trapped — you can track data quality at field level while keeping sight of why it matters for the market go‑live three months from now. You are the person who can sit with a local affiliate and understand their data reality, then translate that into specifications the technical team can build to.

You are comfortable working independently within clear guardrails — you execute with rigor and escalates cleanly when trade‑offs need a decision. You default to progress over perfection, and you communicate in ways that create clarity for others rather than accumulating complexity.

You are structured and persistent. What you deliver underpins every process and user experience in the new platform. You take pride in getting it right.

What Success Looks Like

  • Data migrates clean — zero critical data defects at go‑live, wave by wave.

  • Affiliates experience a well‑coordinated migration process — they know what's expected, when, and they can validate their data with confidence.

  • HCP/O data providers are aligned with the new platform data model and downstream systems maintain business continuity.

  • Data quality baselines are established, tracked, and visible to governance forums throughout the implementation.

  • The reporting inventory is consolidated, prioritised, and remediation is sequenced in partnership with Global IT.

  • The permanent team receives a complete, structured handover — documentation is current, vendor contacts are transferred, and no knowledge is orphaned.

  • Knowledge transfer is planned from day one — you build for handover, not dependency.

Your New Team

You will join Global Customer Engagement Platforms & Excellence in Ballerup, Denmark — a global team working at the intersection of business process, customer engagement, commercial excellence, and platform governance. We partner closely with affiliate markets, Global IT, external implementation partners, and data providers to ensure our platforms create real business value.

You will work alongside the permanent Commercial Data & Analytics Lead, who owns global business data standards, analytics strategy, and business requirements for the data landscape. Your focus is the migration foundation — master data integrity, data provider alignment, and business‑validated data readiness across markets.

A Note from the Hiring Manager

Data migration doesn't get the headlines — but it is the foundation everything else stands on. Every process, every dashboard, every market rollout depends on data that is clean, correctly mapped, and commercially meaningful. This role owns that.

I'm building a team that partners with the business and owns the outcome — not one that waits to be told what to do. A global Customer Engagement Platform implementation is kicking off imminently — and this temporary role will put you at the centre of how ~1,500 users across 30+ markets experience their data on day one.

I believe in partnership as the work, real ownership within clear guardrails, and progress over perfection. You are not a data entry clerk running scripts — you own the business logic of the migration, and the technical team builds to your specification. If you can walk me through how you've migrated commercial data across multiple markets and made sure the business could trust it on go‑live day — I'd like to hear from you.

The opportunity comes with visibility to executive level.
