Job summary

BASE life science is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex data-driven migration projects in the life sciences sector. You will oversee cross-functional teams of data engineers and scientists, translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong communication with executives and experience with data migrations and IT implementations.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a technical project manager in regulated or life sciences environments.
Proven track record delivering technically complex projects (software, IT systems, data migrations).
Experience leading developers, data engineers/scientists and translating business requirements into technical specs.
Experience with JIRA and SAFe Agile methodologies.
Strong communication skills in English (written and oral).
Familiarity with data-driven projects and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Provide program leadership for migrations-related projects and ensure scope, budgets, timelines and risks are managed.
Lead cross-functional project teams including data engineers/scientists; translate business needs into technical tasks.
Deliver executive summaries for BASE life science stakeholders and manage escalations.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and effort estimates in collaboration with sales and delivery.
Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
