Job summary

Dynaway, part of EG, seeks a Marketing Manager for a 9-month maternity cover based in Ballerup. You will own Dynaway's international marketing strategy, align with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and lead two junior specialists.

• At least 5 years of international B2B marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation.
• Strong analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive marketing strategy aligned with Sales, Product, Customer Success and leadership.
• Lead demand generation and integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Oversee product marketing, messaging, content, and sales enablement materials.
• Coordinate partner and ecosystem marketing with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead events, conferences, webinars, and customer engagement activities.
• Manage and mentor marketing resources, agencies, and freelancers, ensuring timely delivery.
