Job summary

EG is seeking a Marketing Business Partner to lead go-to-market for the EG Citizen Welfare & Utility portfolio in the Nordics, based in Aarhus or Ballerup. You will bridge product, sales and marketing, turning ambitious growth targets into concrete plans and hands-on campaigns.

You will own the marketing strategy, drive demand generation, content and events, and manage stakeholder relationships across the region. Fluency in Danish and English is required, and public sector experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years marketing experience from a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven digital toolbox: SEO/SEM, content, CRM (Salesforce), and marketing automation (HubSpot or Pardot).
• Strong event planning and execution experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management across sales, product, and country organisations.
• Autonomous and pragmatic, thrives in a lean environment.
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with public sector customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, drive and amplify marketing impact across the portfolio.
• Own marketing strategy and translate it into go-to-market plans.
• Drive demand generation and campaigns with digital channels and campaigns.
• Maintain brand and messaging consistency across the Nordics.
• Own the event strategy and ensure ROI for events, conferences, and webinars.
• Lead and guide junior team members and collaborate with Sales and Product teams.
