Job summary

Cortrium ApS in Denmark seeks a Customer Care Representative who is a German native speaker to provide first-line support to German and international customers via phone and email, collaborating with Sales, R&D, Quality, and shipping.

You will guide customers through software installation (TeamViewer), handle product, software, invoicing, upselling and replacements, and capture feedback. The role can be full-time or part-time (16–37 hours/week) and is based at our modern office in Høje Taastrup.

Qualifications

• German speaker with professional fluency in English and one additional language.
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
• Structured, reliable, and comfortable with technology.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with product, software, invoicing, upselling, and replacement inquiries, owning each case from start to finish
• Guide customers through software installation (through Team Viewer)
• Become an expert in Cortrium’s products and software
• Capture customer feedback and feature requests
• Assist the shipping team to ensure efficient deliveries when needed
