Job summary

BOLIA in Aarhus is hiring a Customer Care Consultant for the French market to serve as an ambassador for the brand. The role focuses on sales and service, requiring a strong customer-first approach and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours are 12 to 15 hours per week, with a mix of daytime shifts and occasional evenings or weekends. The candidate will collaborate across departments and stores to maintain smooth operations and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (speaking and writing) is required.
• Fluent English is required; Danish is a plus.
• Experience in telephone and written customer service is advantageous.
• Strong service-minded attitude with customer-first focus.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently to resolve tasks.
• Willingness to grow through performance reviews.
• Good team player with collaborative spirit.
• Proficiency with D365 is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and IT affinity.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers and stores by phone, email, and social media.
• Handle complaints and ensure quick, satisfactory resolutions for customers.
• Follow up on payments, deliveries, and other customer-related admin tasks.
• Work closely with other departments and our stores.
• Ensure optimal workflows and solutions for the customer and BOLIA, independently and with colleagues.
