Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Led frontend initiatives from unclear problems to production outcomes.
• Strong TypeScript and browser fundamentals with React/Angular experience.
• Ability to explain decisions, mentor engineers and drive quality.

Responsabilidades

• Own ambiguous, high‑impact frontend initiatives from discovery through production.
• Partner with Product and Design to clarify problems and shape solutions.
• Lead frontend design, balancing speed, UX and maintainability.
• Break initiatives into milestones with testing, telemetry and flags.
• Design accessible, responsive experiences and evolve frontend systems.
• Ensure production outcomes and adapt as evidence changes.
• Mentor engineers and improve technical discussions and reviews.
• Collaborate across frontend, backend, Product, Design and QA.
