Job summary

5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Led frontend initiatives from unclear problems to production outcomes.
Strong TypeScript and browser fundamentals with React/Angular experience.
Ability to explain decisions, mentor engineers and drive quality.

Responsibilities

Own ambiguous, high‑impact frontend initiatives from discovery through production.
Partner with Product and Design to clarify problems and shape solutions.
Lead frontend design, balancing speed, UX and maintainability.
Break initiatives into milestones with testing, telemetry and flags.
Design accessible, responsive experiences and evolve frontend systems.
Ensure production outcomes and adapt as evidence changes.
Mentor engineers and improve technical discussions and reviews.
Collaborate across frontend, backend, Product, Design and QA.
